These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the CCT999 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://cct999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "CCT999", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet or participating in any game or promotional offer, you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of the device, location or method used to access it.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. CCT999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a Player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited and any remaining deposited funds will be returned subject to KYC/AML requirements.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Operating, controlling or benefiting from more than one account (whether personally or through a third party) is strictly prohibited. CCT999 reserves the right to merge, close or void all but one account where duplicates are identified, and to forfeit bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. You must notify CCT999 promptly of any change to your registered details.
3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent and warrant that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws. CCT999 does not accept registrations from individuals where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where CCT999 has identified and enforced that restriction.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, whether through CCT999 directly or through a recognised self-exclusion scheme in the applicable jurisdiction, must not attempt to register or access the Platform. CCT999 takes no responsibility for access gained in circumvention of self-exclusion measures, but will act promptly upon discovery to close such accounts and refund eligible deposits.
4.1 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you unless you notify CCT999 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CCT999 immediately by contacting our support team. CCT999 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
4.3 KYC Verification. CCT999 may at any time — including prior to processing a withdrawal — request that you submit identity verification documents. These may include, but are not limited to: a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or suspension.
4.4 AML Compliance. CCT999 applies anti-money laundering controls to all accounts. Suspicious activity, including unusual patterns of deposits, withdrawals or gameplay, may trigger additional verification requirements or account review. CCT999 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
5.1 Eligible Payment Methods. CCT999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section. Available methods may include — but are not limited to — bank transfer and various digital payment options. Users are advised to verify available methods directly within the cashier, as supported methods are subject to change.
5.2 Payment Provider Context. References to familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on this Platform and in our guides are provided as general contextual information only. CCT999 does not claim that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling or with CCT999. Users must independently verify their payment provider's terms of service before initiating any transaction.
5.3 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. CCT999 reserves the right to return funds received from unverified or mismatched payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
5.4 Currency. Where the Platform displays balances in PKR, currency conversion from other denominations (where applicable) will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. CCT999 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
5.5 Failed Deposits. CCT999 is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach your account due to issues with third-party payment processors, network errors or provider downtime. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable period, you should contact support with proof of the transaction.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed from verified accounts that have satisfied applicable KYC requirements. The withdrawal amount requested must not exceed the available real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement).
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. CCT999 reserves the right to require alternative methods where the original method is unavailable for withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
6.3 Processing Times. CCT999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable internal timeframe. However, the final processing time is also subject to the policies and operational timelines of third-party payment providers. CCT999 does not guarantee specific delivery windows from external providers.
6.4 Withdrawal Holds. CCT999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where: (a) the account is pending KYC completion; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) suspicious activity has been flagged for review; or (d) a chargeback or dispute is under investigation.
6.5 Taxes. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise from winnings or withdrawals under the laws of their jurisdiction. CCT999 does not deduct, withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional credits issued by CCT999 are subject to these general Terms and to any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. Real-money stakes and bonus-fund stakes may be treated differently across game types — consult the specific promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. CCT999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings and suspend accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has: (a) registered multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; (b) exploited a technical error or loophole; (c) engaged in coordinated play or professional betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational participation; or (d) breached any other condition of the relevant promotion.
7.4 Illustrative Nature of Promotional Figures. PKR-denominated bonus figures, cashback percentages and tier benefit amounts shown on the Platform's promotional pages are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as live offers at the time of your access. CCT999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or replace promotional offers without prior notice.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins may be subject to expiry periods. If a wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Real-money funds in your account are unaffected by bonus expiry.
8.1 General Rules. All bets and game rounds are conducted in accordance with the rules displayed on the Platform for each product. Where sports betting is concerned, the rules governing settlement of markets — including for cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports — are published in the relevant sports book rules section.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. CCT999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds; (b) the outcome of an event is already known at the time of bet placement; (c) a bet is placed in bad faith or as part of arbitrage activity; or (d) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
8.3 Game Integrity. In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, CCT999 will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly using available data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. CCT999's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Odds and RTP. Sports betting odds are determined by the Platform's pricing model and may change at any time before bet acceptance. Casino game RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are theoretical long-term figures and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session or stake.
8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and casino products. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. CCT999 reserves the right to apply individual player stake restrictions at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CCT999 Platform. CCT999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct, to void associated bets or winnings, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where required:
10.1 Player Tools. CCT999 is committed to responsible gambling. All registered players have access to the following self-management tools via their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time reminders and full account self-exclusion. These tools are available from the point of registration and can be activated or adjusted at any time.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting CCT999 support. Self-exclusion will be applied promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be prevented from making deposits or placing bets. CCT999 will take reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that access via all channels will be blocked in every circumstance.
10.3 Operator Intervention. CCT999 reserves the right to impose limits, cooling-off periods or account restrictions on its own initiative where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour, even where the player has not requested such intervention.
10.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. CCT999 does not permit minors to access the Platform. Age verification is applied during registration and may be reinforced through document-based KYC. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental controls on shared devices to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the CCT999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, software, audio clips and the overall compilation and arrangement of content — is the property of CCT999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. CCT999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform; (b) access the Platform for commercial purposes; or (c) extract or scrape data from the Platform by automated means.
11.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios integrated into the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studio or licensor. CCT999 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
12.1 Service Availability. CCT999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and third-party outages may affect availability. CCT999 will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly.
12.2 Financial Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CCT999's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. CCT999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if CCT999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Third-Party Providers. CCT999 is not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party payment processors, game studios, odds data providers or telecommunications networks whose services are used in connection with the Platform.
13.1 Data Collection. CCT999 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
13.2 KYC Data. Identity and payment verification documents submitted as part of the KYC process will be retained for the period required by applicable law and the operator's compliance obligations. You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
13.3 Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, security and analytical purposes. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.4 Third-Party Disclosure. CCT999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC/AML verification services and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or in the legitimate operation of compliance obligations.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is licensed. Full licensing details are available in the Platform's regulatory information section.
14.2 Pakistan-Specific Context. CCT999 does not operate under a licence issued by any Pakistani authority. Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Platform does not claim any exemption from, or authorisation under, Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
14.3 Disputes. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact CCT999 support to attempt an informal resolution. CCT999 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by the applicable licensing authority.
15.1 Right to Amend. CCT999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, CCT999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
15.3 Version History. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is noted at the top of this page. Archived versions may be requested from CCT999 support if required for dispute resolution purposes.
